Ok ok.... So I used to despise Greek yogurt! A few at the gym would tell me I just GOTTA try this stuff because it's high in protein, yadda yadda.... But I was NOT having it. Honestly, I thought it tasted like s***! That is until I started mixing protein powder in it and them BAM! I. WAS. HOOKED. I know some of you may be skeptical but I'm telling you, this mixture is delicious and it even curbs my cravings for ice cream, no lie. Make this one your own by adding whatever tickles your fancy.
